About NPC Laser

NPC Laser is the video log of the Ablation Station — a fiber laser on the bench at North Point Computers, a working computer and tech shop in Alice, TX. That means metal only: steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, coated tumblers, tool steel.

Every video is an artifact with a serial number. An object goes on the bed, the beam does its thing, and the camera is rolling the whole time. Settings, materials, and results get shown as-is — including the cuts that don't come out right.

The internet is noise. Ablation is music you can hold.
